I live alone, so I just get on with it. I created this survey after I was really knocked for six by a nasty cold a few months ago, and was thinking about how nice it would be to have someone to make me the occasional hot drink and buy me boxes of tissues, instead of me having to stagger to the shops to buy them for myself.

I don't often get ill, with colds, or flu, but when I do, I just try and get on with everyday existence. I last had a cold about two years ago I think; and the last time I took to my bed was I think about five years ago, and that was with a very heavy fluey cold, and I just toughed it out alone, as I would normally do. I often suffer health issues not related to colds or flu; and when I do, I visit my local clinic or hospital walk-in centre.

No one - and that's the way I like it! I can't stand people when I'm sick and want them nowhere near me, ha!
