Not plain, but it can be good with something yummy spread on it. And matzoh brei and matzoh ball soup are both delicious.

I like matzo brei. I make a savoury one, cooked in butter with onions. Hmm, haven't made it for a long time. I'm working my way through a bag of hard-boiled eggs at the moment, but maybe next week * smile *

I have tried it. Don't hate it but not gonna go out of my way to get it.

Our grocery store puts out a big pile of Manischewitz products around this time of year (Passover).
So, we grabbed some Gluten Free Garlic & Rosemary Matzo-style squares.
They are pretty good crackers. I've had them with hummus and Swiss cheese.
I should try peanut butter.
