Kinda, nothing so dramatic. If I think about it, I usually don't remember much about the last few minutes.

Yes. This is common with habitual activities. Habit allows your brain to focus on other things and not notice the habitual thing you're doing.

Especially disconcerting when driving.

I was driving some friends home after our senior class trip (yes we had cars back then). I remembering dropping the first one off, then the next thing I knew I was pulling in my driveway. Don't remember dropping the other 2 off, but apparently I did.

Both walking and driving

I have no recollection of this, although I did collapse in a restaurant back in the early 1990s: it was alcohol-related and I have little recollection of what happened, apart from feeling like death, getting up, and collapsing.

Yes, I often get lost in my thoughts and suddenly come to much further along my way than I expected. I've even walked past my house before.

I have an hour drive to and from work. I'll be driving along listening to the radio, and can get 25 miles down the road, and when I think about those last 25 miles, I can't remember a damn thing... even though I drove them.

Yes. It's funny when you forget to get off the freakin bus.
